Employed more than 24 years with a Fortune 500 company, Michael J. Fitzgerald brings extensive experience and understanding in Management/ Professional Staffing to his clients. Mr. Fitzgerald was employed as a Plant, Operations, and Administrative manager with Deluxe Corporation with responsibilities including direct profit and loss accountability, human resource recruiting, training and development.
Mr. Fitzgerald also worked with corporate human resources to identify and develop methods to recruit and retain a more diverse workforce population. Having served as a consultant and adviser to Deluxe’s National Diversity Committee, Mr. Fitzgerald recognizes how vital it is to the success of any corporate environment to have the proper fit of job and applicant.
